Provision of cost planning and commercial advisory services to support the development of a masterplanned intergenerational community in Moruya on the NSW South Coast. 

The project comprises a seniors living development integrating retirement living, residential aged care and on site key worker accommodation, together with a range of shared community, health and wellbeing facilities. 

The scheme has been progressed through planning with the lodgement of a State Significant Development Application (SSDA), representing a key milestone in the evolution of the project. 

The masterplan has been shaped through early planning and community engagement, with a focus on delivering a connected, walkable and landscape led environment that responds to the character and needs of the local community. 

Services included cost planning and commercial input to support masterplan development, feasibility testing and planning outcomes.
