Provision of cost planning and commercial advisory services to support the development of a masterplanned seniors living community in Milton on the NSW South Coast. 

The project comprises a flagship seniors living development on a significant greenfield site, incorporating a mix of aged care, independent living and wellness focused community facilities, together with landscaped open space and supporting infrastructure. 

The scheme builds upon an existing approved retirement living and aged care development, evolving into a more contemporary and integrated seniors living model through ongoing design development and community consultation. 

The masterplan has been refined through stakeholder engagement, with a strong emphasis on landscape led design and preservation of existing natural features to respond to local context. 

Services included cost planning and commercial input to support masterplan development, feasibility testing and design progression.
