Provision of independent certification services on behalf of the project financier for a major base building upgrade and integrated workplace fitout at 121 Henry Street, Penrith.

The role included preparation of the initial financier’s report and ongoing monthly progress and drawdown assessments during construction, providing independent verification of project status, cost and funding requirements.

The project comprised a comprehensive refurbishment of an existing commercial office building, including façade upgrades, lift modernisation, ground floor foyer and reception redevelopment, and full services upgrades.

The works also incorporated a ~10,000m² integrated workplace fitout for the Australian Taxation Office, delivering modernised accommodation aligned with contemporary government workplace standards.
