Provision of cost planning and commercial advisory services during the development application stage for a major mixed-use development within the Wollongong city centre.

The project comprises a large scale urban infill precinct across a consolidated site at Burelli and Church Streets, delivering five residential buildings arranged around a central landscaped courtyard, with ground floor retail and commercial uses activating all street frontages.

The development delivers approximately 20,300m² of GFA and over 200 apartments, forming a significant contribution to housing supply and urban renewal within the Wollongong CBD.

The scheme is defined by a strong urban design response, incorporating improved pedestrian permeability, new through-site connections and activation of surrounding streets, together with integration of communal open space and landscaped environments to enhance amenity and connectivity.

Key components include a diverse housing mix incorporating affordable and adaptable dwellings, ground floor retail and commercial uses, and a stepped basement design responding to site and planning constraints.
