Provision of cost planning services during the planning phase for a major integrated station development above Sydney Metro Hunter Street Station. 

The project comprised a commercial overstation development above the Sydney Metro Hunter Street Station, exploring the possibility of two towers, one up to 58-storeys with a mix of retail and commercial space, and the other up to 51-storeys also with retail and commercial space. 

The scheme incorporates existing heritage buildings within the site as part of the final development. 

Services included cost planning input during the planning phase to support development feasibility and design progression.
