Provision of cost planning and commercial advisory services as part of Dexus’ consortium bid for the Victoria Cross Integrated Station Development within the Sydney Metro program. 

The project comprised the delivery of the Victoria Cross Metro Station together with an integrated over-station commercial development, including a 42-storey premium commercial office tower delivering approximately 58,000m² of NLA. 

The scheme required complex integration between major transport infrastructure and over-station development, including construction of the station and associated interface works with the commercial tower above, together with coordination of staging, structure and buildability across both components. 

Services included full bid phase cost planning and pricing support across both station and over-station works, including preparation of detailed bills of quantities to support contractor pricing and engagement with Laing O’Rourke as preferred delivery partner.
