Sectors: Commercial, Residential & Integrated Station Development
Brookfield (Bid Team) | Bid Completed
Role: Project Director (Slattery)
Provision of cost planning and commercial advisory services as part of Brookfield’s consortium bid for the Pitt Street Integrated Station Development within the Sydney Metro program.
The project comprised a major integrated station and over-station development, including delivery of the Pitt Street Metro Station together with two towers located above the station entrances.
The northern tower comprised a 43-storey premium commercial office building delivering approximately 48,000m² of office space with associated retail, while the southern tower comprised a 35-storey residential building with associated amenity.
The development required complex integration between major transport infrastructure and over-station development, including construction above and around the underground metro station, pedestrian tunnel connections and station infrastructure, together with delivery of significant public domain and precinct activation works within the Sydney CBD.
Services included cost planning and pricing support across both station and over-station components, including preparation of detailed bills of quantities to support contractor pricing within a competitive bid environment.
