Provision of full cost management services from design development through tender for the upgrade and expansion of The Star’s Sovereign Resort facilities within the Sydney casino complex.

The project comprised a major refurbishment and expansion of the existing VIP gaming and hospitality areas, including approximately 8,000m² of new and upgraded floor space incorporating gaming areas, restaurants, bars and back-of-house facilities.

The works were undertaken within a fully operational 24/7 casino environment, requiring complex staging, coordination and cost planning to minimise disruption to ongoing operations and maintain continuity of revenue generating areas.

The project involved significant structural interventions within the existing building, including column strengthening and integration of new building elements to accommodate revised loading and spatial requirements, together with high end architectural finishes consistent with a premium hospitality offering.
