Provision of cost planning and commercial advisory services for a boutique hotel development located within the coastal setting of Mollymook on the NSW South Coast.

The project comprised the delivery of a 35-room boutique hotel, including rooftop pool, bar and restaurant facilities, designed to provide a contemporary, design led hospitality offering within a relaxed beachside environment.

Architecturally designed to engage with the street and maximise natural light, the development incorporates landscaped surroundings and activated communal spaces, creating a highly amenitised guest experience.

Bannisters Pavilion forms part of the broader Bannisters hospitality offering, complementing the nearby Bannisters by the Sea and contributing to the establishment of Mollymook as a recognised coastal lifestyle destination.
