Provision of cost planning and cost management services for the repositioning of an existing A-grade commercial office building within the Parramatta CBD.

The project comprised a comprehensive asset upgrade across approximately 18,000m², including refurbishment of the ground floor lobby, upgrades to end-of-trip facilities, and make good works across multiple office levels.

The works also included mechanical and electrical services upgrades together with improvements to the building’s entry experience and tenant amenity, repositioning the asset to meet contemporary workplace standards.

The repositioning formed part of a broader asset strategy to enhance leasing appeal and marketability, supporting the subsequent divestment of the property.
