Provision of cost planning and commercial advisory services, including support during site acquisition, for a major commercial office tower within the North Sydney CBD.

The project comprised a high rise PCA-A grade commercial tower on a prominent Walker Street site, delivering a 44 storey office building with activated ground floor retail and a through site link improving pedestrian connectivity.

The development was designed as a next generation workplace, incorporating efficient and flexible floorplates, high performance façades and premium grade building services to support tenant amenity, sustainability and long term asset performance.

Key components include activation of the public domain through retail and integrated streetscape improvements, together with a strong sustainability focus targeting zero net carbon in operation, 6 Star Green Star, 5.5 Star NABERS Energy and 4 Star NABERS Water ratings.
