Provision of full cost management services from design competition through to completion.

The project comprises a 28-storey A-Grade commercial office tower delivering over 26,000m² of NLA within the Parramatta CBD, including ground floor retail and end-of-trip facilities.

Delivered for GPT Group, the development forms a landmark gateway building supporting the transformation of Parramatta into a major commercial centre.

The building incorporates high quality workplace environments, including an urban room event space, landscaped terrace and rooftop sky deck, alongside activated public domain interfaces and new laneway connections.

The development achieves a 6 Star Green Star (Design and As Built) rating and high NABERS Energy performance, setting a benchmark for sustainability and climate resilience within the Parramatta market.
