Investa | In Progress (Completion 2029 anticipated)

Role: Project Director (Slattery)

Provision of cost planning and commercial advisory services through design development and planning for a new institutional grade studio living development within the Sydney CBD.

The project comprises a 17-storey development delivering 251 fully furnished, self contained studio keys, together with a significant provision of shared amenity including co-working spaces, communal dining areas and landscaped terraces.

The scheme integrates new residential accommodation with retained ground and lower level facilities for The Salvation Army, maintaining an ongoing community and mission presence within the site.

Designed by Mostaghim, the development adopts a highly amenitised, design led approach to urban living, incorporating communal spaces and outdoor terraces to support a flexible, community-oriented residential model.

Positioned as Investa’s first Studio Living project, the development forms part of a broader strategy to expand into alternative residential asset classes, responding to growing demand for flexible, amenity rich rental housing in central locations.

The project has received Development Application approval and is progressing toward delivery as a new institutional grade rental offering within the Sydney CBD.
