Provision of full cost management services from design through delivery for a boutique commercial office development.
The project comprises a 10-storey PCA A-Grade commercial building delivering approximately 14,500m² of NLA, located at the interface between the North Sydney CBD and surrounding residential precincts.
The development includes landscaped terraces, a ground level wellness garden and premium end-of-trip facilities, with a strong focus on tenant experience, natural light and connection to the surrounding environment.
The building incorporates a distinctive terracotta and glass façade responding to the local context, creating a high quality boutique workplace offering within the evolving North Sydney market.
Delivered under a D&C procurement model, the project included demolition of existing structures, basement and loading dock construction, and integration of premium base building systems and public domain works.
The building achieves 5 Star Green Star and 5.5 Star NABERS Energy ratings.
