Role: Project Director (Slattery)

Provision of cost planning and cost management services from design competition through to completion, including financier reporting, for Stage 2 of the Park Sydney masterplanned development within the Ashmore Estate urban renewal precinct.

The project comprised the delivery of approximately 165 apartments across an 8-storey residential building, forming the next stage of the broader Park Sydney development.

The development builds on the established precinct framework, incorporating landscaped communal areas, activated street frontages and integration with existing retail and public domain infrastructure delivered in Stage 1.

Designed as a park side residential offering, the scheme incorporates strong connections to surrounding open space and landscaped environments, supporting a lifestyle focused living environment within the precinct.

Key components include a mix of studio, one, two and three-bedroom apartments, together with basement parking integrated with Stage 1 and supporting site wide infrastructure.
