Provision of cost planning and commercial advisory services during design development and tender for Stage 1 of the Wentworth Quarter masterplanned development at Hill Road, Wentworth Point.

The project comprised the delivery of approximately 208 build-to-rent apartments within an 8-storey residential development, forming the first stage of a multi stage redevelopment of a former industrial site into a waterfront residential precinct.

The built form is arranged across two L-shaped buildings organised around a central landscaped courtyard, with development stepping down toward a 30m wide foreshore public domain to maximise amenity and connectivity to Homebush Bay.

The development required significant enabling works, including demolition of existing industrial structures, ground improvements, new access roads and services infrastructure to support Block D and future stages of the precinct, together with design responses to challenging ground conditions and a high water table.

Services included cost planning through design development, preparation of tender documentation and tender review, supporting the establishment of a commercially viable delivery strategy.
