Provision of cost planning and commercial advisory services from design competition through design development and tender for a large scale mixed-use residential development in Granville.

The project comprised the delivery of approximately 373 apartments across two 25-storey towers over a podium, with a subsequent approved development application increasing the scheme to 32 storeys and approximately 492 apartments, incorporating ground floor retail and communal resident amenity within a high density urban precinct.

The development required demolition of existing structures and enabling works, including retention and integration of an existing heritage item, together with associated staging and infrastructure upgrades across the site.

The scheme was developed through a design competition process, with a built form designed to optimise solar access, articulation and residential amenity.

Services included cost planning through design development and tender support.
