Provision of cost planning and cost management services for a mixed-use redevelopment at a prominent gateway site within Manly.

The project comprised the delivery of 24 residential apartments above approximately 600m² of ground floor retail, integrated with critical infrastructure including a retained and refurbished Telstra exchange and electrical substation.

The development involved construction of a new building envelope around the existing operational infrastructure, requiring careful coordination and design integration to maintain continuity of essential services throughout the works.

Services included cost planning, value engineering and involvement through an Early Contractor Involvement (ECI) phase into Design & Construct procurement, supporting the delivery of a commercially viable outcome.

Key features include a central courtyard and articulated façade integrated with the surrounding retail streetscape, establishing a strong gateway presence into the Manly town centre.
