Provision of cost planning and cost management services for the delivery of an ultra luxury residential development located on the oceanfront cliffs of Bondi Beach.
The project comprises a boutique collection of seven high end residences, including two houses and five apartments, positioned across an amalgamated site at 20–22 Sandridge Street and 21 Wilga Street, with uninterrupted views over Bondi Beach and the Pacific Ocean.
The development is defined by its exceptional coastal setting and exclusivity, delivering large format, house like residences with expansive outdoor living areas, private pools and direct access to the Bondi to Coogee coastal walk.
The architectural response is highly refined and site specific, with buildings stepping down the steeply sloping site towards the coastline, maximising views, privacy and connection to the surrounding landscape while minimising visual impact.
Key components include extensive landscaped communal gardens, basement parking and high end residential amenity, together with integration of premium materials and bespoke detailing consistent with the ultra luxury positioning of the development.
The project presents significant technical and commercial complexity associated with delivery on a constrained cliffside site, including excavation, structural integration and logistics, together with the delivery of a highly bespoke product targeting the top end of the residential market.
The development is positioned to set new benchmarks for residential values in Bondi, with individual residences anticipated to achieve record pricing outcomes within the Eastern Suburbs market.
