Provision of cost planning and cost management services for Stage 1 of the Park Sydney masterplanned development within the Ashmore Estate urban renewal precinct.
The project comprised the delivery of 330 apartments across two 8-storey residential buildings, forming the first stage of a large scale mixed-use redevelopment on a 6.9-hectare inner city site.
Stage 1 also incorporated a significant retail component including a supermarket and specialty tenancies, together with public domain works, landscaped open space and supporting infrastructure establishing the precinct’s village centre.
The development is underpinned by a strong landscape led design approach, with buildings arranged to define a series of courtyards, laneways and communal spaces, creating a fine grain urban environment that responds to the surrounding residential context.
The project forms part of a broader masterplan delivering approximately 1,400 apartments across multiple stages, contributing to the transformation of a former industrial site into a high density residential community.
