Role: Project Director (Slattery)
Provision of cost planning and commercial advisory services during the design phase for a boutique residential development in Sydney’s inner south.
The project comprises a collection of 144 apartments, terraces and skyhomes across three medium rise buildings, arranged around a central landscaped courtyard and connected by a curated laneway activating the ground plane.
The development is designed as a landscape led residential community, incorporating a ~2,000m² private “secret garden” at its core, together with shared outdoor spaces, resident amenities and integrated retail activation including a neighbourhood café.
The scheme responds to the ongoing transformation of Rosebery from an industrial precinct into a vibrant inner city residential neighbourhood, with a focus on creating a connected, community oriented living environment.
Key components include a diverse mix of dwelling typologies, landscaped communal areas and activation of public interfaces through laneways and open space, enhancing both resident amenity and the broader streetscape.
