Provision of post-contract cost management services, including financial reporting and certification, for the delivery of a new residential aged care facility in East Maitland.

The project comprises a purpose built residential aged care facility designed around a contemporary “care household” model, providing a non-institutional living environment that supports resident wellbeing, independence and quality of life.

The development is arranged across a large landscaped site of approximately 1.5 hectares, integrating multiple care households within an overall precinct that prioritises connection to the surrounding community and natural environment.

Key components include wellness and health facilities, internal and external cafés, community and function spaces, respite care and day centre services, together with a range of indoor and outdoor environments supporting resident activity and engagement.

The project reflects a shift away from traditional institutional aged care typologies, adopting smaller scale, home like environments organised into discrete households and integrated community settings.

Delivered within an operational aged care and community environment, the project required careful financial management and reporting to support delivery through construction.
