Provision of cost planning and commercial advisory services from site acquisition through concept design, design competition and design development to DA approval for a landmark commercial office tower within the Parramatta CBD.

The project comprised a proposed 59-storey A-grade commercial office tower delivering approximately 76,000m² of net lettable area, forming part of a broader multi stage precinct development on George Street.

The scheme incorporated a high performance workplace environment integrated with publicly accessible open space, including Burramatta Place, a landscaped square and activated ground plane designed to enhance connectivity and engagement with the surrounding urban context.

The design responded to the heritage setting of Perth House and was informed by a “design with Country” approach, integrating cultural, environmental and place-based principles into the development.

The project formed part of a larger commercial office pipeline for the precinct, however did not proceed due to market conditions and lack of pre-commitment, and the site was subsequently divested by the client.
