Provision of cost planning and cost management services for the delivery of a flexible co-working workspace within the Darling Park precinct in the Sydney CBD.

The project comprises a ~2,500m² workplace fitout across two floors, delivering modern and flexible private workspaces and shared office environments.

The workspace is designed to support a broad range of users, incorporating a mix of private offices, meeting rooms, workshop areas and collaborative environments, together with premium shared amenities including a private outdoor terrace.

The project was delivered under a Design & Construct model over an accelerated programme of approximately 14 weeks, requiring an integrated approach between design and construction to achieve programme and commercial outcomes.

The workplace incorporates a strong sustainability focus, targeting 6 Star Green Star Interiors certification and incorporating low-carbon design initiatives.
