Role: Project Director (Slattery)

Provision of cost planning and cost management services for the delivery of a flexible co-working workspace in Parramatta.

The project comprises a ~2,000m² workplace fitout delivering modern and flexible private workspaces and shared office environments within a premium commercial building.

The workspace is designed to support a broad range of users, from start ups through to established organisations, with a focus on flexibility, scalability and operational efficiency.

The project was delivered under a Design & Construct model over an accelerated programme, requiring an integrated approach between design and construction to achieve programme and commercial outcomes.

Key components include front-of-house business facilities, meeting and collaboration spaces, and a range of shared amenities supporting interaction, productivity and business growth.
