Role: Project Director (Slattery)

Provision of cost planning and cost management services for the delivery of a premium workplace fitout within the Gateway building at Circular Quay.

The project comprises a full floor workplace designed to consolidate previously separate teams into a single, cohesive environment, supporting improved collaboration, connection and organisational alignment.

The workplace is underpinned by a strong organisational vision focused on wellbeing, sustainability and employee experience, with spatial planning and design outcomes reflecting a contemporary, people focused working environment.

Key components include flexible work settings, a member facing centre, collaborative spaces, and a premium breakout area positioned to take advantage of harbour views.

The project incorporates a strong sustainability focus, including extensive reuse of existing furniture and materials to minimise embodied carbon and reduce environmental impact.
